Luis, Green Scissors's lead stylist and owner, has been making New Yorkers look beautiful for more than 15 years. He approaches his profession as both an art and a science. His eye for the whole person, their personal style, face shape, and hair texture and color inform his haircuts, which he performs with the skill of a sculptor.
