Luis, Green Scissors's lead stylist and owner, has been making New Yorkers look beautiful for more than 15 years. He approaches his profession as both an art and a science. His eye for the whole person, their personal style, face shape, and hair texture and color inform his haircuts, which he performs with the skill of a sculptor. His extensive experience with color allow him to tackle the most challenging color corrections with precision while preserving or even restoring the health and integrity of the hair.
